Keepin’ it fresh
The final installment of our summertime FRESH ART FIRST Members Rooftop Party series this past Friday, August 10 was an absolute blast. Our resident DJs JJ Lopez and Leonard Trujillo turned the rooftop into a dance floor for hundreds of our friends, alumni artists, and new members, while one of our favorite downtown Artpace Alliance members, Ocho, hosted a BYOB (Build Your Own Beverage) Workshop for our guests. Expert mixologists from Hotel Havana‘s chic River Walk bar shared mixers made from scratch and reinvented old-school recipes to help members craft their own refreshing cocktails.
Local filmmaker Jaime Sanchez was kind enough to shoot and edit a very cool video short of the evening. Enjoy!
