San Antonio Artist Wins Hunting Art Prize

Leigh Anne Lester, San Antonio-based artist and co-founder of the cactus bra SPACE, won the prestigious Hunting Art Prize on Saturday Night.

The Hunting Art Prize is a $50,000 award granted annually to Texas artists 18 years and older. Originally, the Hunting Art Prize was based in the United Kingdom, beginning in 1981, but relocated to Houston in 2006.
