Simply beautiful

Life imitating art? Or art imitating life?

In the spirit of “Similar but Different #25,” a brilliant post by Margaret Meehan that appeared on Glasstire over the weekend, we thought we’d share our own selection of similar but different artworks.

We had to stop and pull over today for a quick flick of some local yard art on our city’s West Side (left) because it reminded us so much of artist Tony Feher’s Hudson (Show)Room installation in progress here at Artpace (right). Simplistic and beautiful.

Feher’s exhibition opens this Thursday, January 12 at Artpace. The public opening, from 6-8:30pm, includes a 7pm walk-through with the artist.
